3D Printed Male Reference Models

Produced at a selection of scales for a specific project

A local artist needed a couple of reference models produced to use as a visual reference for a sculpture he was working on. He had purchased the model in various poses from a third party and wanted them made durably enough to be able to handle the model without breaking fingers off. Using the provided models, this was a simple scale-and-print project for 3D With a Vengeance with 3 models delivered a couple of days later. Fine surface details like musculature, tendons, and even blood vessels were preserved in the 150 micron/layer print. Topographic lines were rendered less noticeable through creative orientation of the model in the build box.
